I have been raising Angoras for about 4 years now and Jersey Woolies for about one year. I started with my first rabbit Winterberry.  Since then my rabbitry has exploded.
    The reason I got interested in Angoras is because I spin and weave.  My Mother wanted an animal that we could harvest wool from and that wouldn't be that hard to gather the wool from.  I first was thinking about sheep, but then I found that Angora rabbit and I was hooked.  Since then I have gotten into everything you can do with an Angora Rabbit.  This year will be the first year that I will be showing Angoras, and the second year I have been showing Jersey Woolies.
